Exchanges

Restocking Fees
ToteAura does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If the refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Most refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Promotional Discounts
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied during checkout.
Unfortunately, discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase generally cannot be added to completed orders after payment has been processed.
