Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Estimates (UK Standard Shipping)

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days.

• Total estimated transit time from placement to delivery is 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at toteaura0@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package/item, and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
